Fairshake PAC spends $2.7 million to support pro-crypto candidates ahead of midterms

According to filings submitted to the US Federal Election Commission (FEC) on Saturday, Fairshake affiliates Defend American Jobs and Protect Progress spent a combined $2.7 million on media campaigns supporting both Democratic and Republican candidates for the US House of Representatives in 2026. Breakdowns of these expenditures revealed targeted support for several lawmakers, including over $76,000 for House Majority Whip Tom Emmer, $73,000 for House Agriculture Committee Chair Glenn Thompson, $512,000 for California Representative Pete Aguilar, and $500,000 for New Jersey Representative Josh Gottheimer.
