Hunter Biden said more than 12% of LAPTOP tokens have been permanently burned, reducing the token’s supply as another 30% remains tied to the outcomes of real-world prediction events. Under the mechanism Biden described, tokens assigned to a prediction are burned if the specified event occurs. If it does not, those tokens are donated to charity.
