The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certified Boeing’s 737 Max 10 on Oct. 20, clearing a long-delayed regulatory hurdle for the largest aircraft in the company’s 737 Max family. The decision resolves years of delays in certifying the Max 10. Boeing’s next scheduled quarterly results are due Oct. 27. Its third-quarter commercial aircraft delivery tally was a preliminary 161, including 124 737s; the figures remain preliminary until the results are released.
