Ethereum exchange reserves on all exchanges crash to a new multi-year low

Despite Ethereum ( ETH ) price plunging by more than 7% over the past 7 days through October 9, 2026, its reserves on all cryptocurrency exchanges (CEXs) have experienced a freefall to a new multi-year low. Ethereum’s reserve simple moving average (SMA (30) on all crypto exchanges was at 14,742,387.9 ETH on Friday, according to data Finbold analyzed from CryptoQuant . The supply of available ETH, SMA (30), on all CEXs has plummeted by 6,382,160.7 Ethereum, or a decline of 30.21%, down from 21,124,548.6 ETH on July 18, 2025.
