Cross-Chain Projects Advance Token, Security and Migration Plans

Cross-chain projects are advancing tokenomics, security, integration and migration initiatives, highlighting continued development across the interoperability sector on Oct. 12. Wormhole is advancing its W 2.0 tokenomics, including a reserve, staking returns and unlocks every two weeks. The project also completed a multichain deployment of Hyperliquid’s HYPE and integrations involving Ripple’s RLUSD. LayerZero’s total value locked has increased, and the project launched Bridge Sentinel, a security system developed with Blockaid. LayerZero also completed the merger of Stargate’s STG token into the ZRO ecosystem and continued buybacks.
