Jim Cramer’s Charitable Trust plans to exit Broadcom and reduce its CrowdStrike holding, pairing a chipmaker sale with a smaller cybersecurity position cut after CrowdStrike’s weekly rebound. The plan calls for selling the trust’s remaining 120 Broadcom shares for about $326 each, ending its position. It also plans to sell 85 CrowdStrike shares at roughly $251 apiece, leaving 665 shares. The CrowdStrike sale would lower the holding’s portfolio weight to 4.25% from 4.8%. The trust described the trim as a portfolio adjustment after a roughly 9% rebound this week, rather than a response to concerns about the company’s fundamentals.
