The chart labeled the entry “24 hours ago,” without specifying an exact observation time or measurement window. Netflow measures tokens entering tracked exchange wallets minus tokens leaving them. A negative reading means recorded outflows exceeded inflows, but it does not establish why the transfers happened or whether tokens were sold.
