ConnectOne Declares $0.556620 Dividend Per Series A Depositary Share

ConnectOne Bancorp declared a $0.556620 dividend for each Series A depositary share, with the Dec. 1 payment marking a roughly 69.6% increase from the previous distribution. Holders of record Nov. 13 qualify for the payment. The prior distribution was $0.328125 per depositary share and was payable Sept. 1. The depositary shares trade as CNOBP, and each represents a 1/40 interest in a Series A preferred share. The preferred stock’s 5.25% fixed-rate period ended Sept. 1. Its rate now resets based on the five-year Treasury rate on that date plus 4.42% per year.
