CoinDCX Restores Futures Trading as Four Tokens Remain Restricted

India-based crypto exchange CoinDCX restored futures trading across its markets Friday, Oct. 30, after a temporary restriction tied to an incident involving a global liquidity provider. SOPH, ERA, GTC and LA remain in reduce-only mode for INR and USDT pairs. Traders can close or shrink existing positions in that mode, but cannot open new ones or add to current positions. The remaining limits are a precaution. CoinDCX first restricted new futures positions after the liquidity-provider incident, moving its futures market into a mode that allowed only position reductions.
