Bitcoin (BTC) moved above $82,000 on Sunday, Oct. 18, with a 24-hour high of $82,183.56 as a proposal for Russian President Vladimir Putin, U.S. President Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping to meet over Ukraine surfaced. Putin reportedly raised the idea during an Oct. 9 call with Trump. The call lasted an hour and a half. Its public account lists Ukraine, Iran, bilateral relations and energy among the topics, but does not mention a three-leader meeting proposal.
