Assured Guaranty Sets Dec. 2 Payment for $0.38 Quarterly Dividend

Assured Guaranty maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.38 per common share, the same rate as in August, with its next payment set for Dec. 2. The company declared the dividend Nov. 4, with shareholders of record at the close of business Nov. 18 eligible for payment.
