Fortis Sets C$0.3433125 Series M Dividend for Dec. 1 Payment

Fortis Inc. declared a fourth-quarter dividend of C$0.3433125 per Series M First Preference Share, setting a Dec. 1 payment date and Nov. 17 record date for investors. Shareholders must be on record at the close of business Nov. 17 to qualify for the payment. The Series M amount matches Fortis’ dividend for each of the first three quarters of 2026. The shares trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange under ticker FTS.PR.M and are cumulative redeemable five-year fixed-rate-reset preferred shares. Fortis also set its fourth-quarter common-share dividend at C$0.665 per share, up 4% from C$0.64.
