Fortis Declares 0.2331 Quarterly Dividend on Series I Preferred Shares

Fortis declared a quarterly dividend of 0.2331 per Series I preferred share, with payment scheduled for Dec. 1. Shareholders of record Nov. 17 are eligible, and the shares go ex-dividend that day.
