Anthropic’s 7 cofounders are splitting $200 billion almost evenly, down to the last stock option

When Anthropic goes public, the stock its seven cofounders hold stands to be worth up to $200 billion between them, carved up into seven nearly identical piles. Each cofounder, including siblings Dario and Daniela Amodei, holds a stake of between 231 million and 244 million shares. Those stakes would be worth about $21 billion to $30 billion apiece, if Anthropic’s IPO values the company at $1.5 trillion to $2 trillion, as some some media reports have indicated the company hopes to do.
