Anthropic IPO Filing Shows Cloud Marketplaces Generate 48% of Sales

Anthropic generated 48% of its revenue through cloud marketplaces run by Google, Amazon and Microsoft in the first half of 2026, up from 11% in 2023. Customers pay the cloud providers, which deduct fees before remitting the balance to Anthropic. Payments to channel partners rose by $2.7 billion year over year in the first half. The IPO filing lists second-quarter sales of $11.555 billion and operating profit of $974 million. Anthropic’s minimum compute commitments include at least $114.5 billion to Google by 2033, $110 billion to Amazon by 2036 and $44.9 billion to Microsoft.
