Amundi Puts a European Equity Fund Share Class on Ethereum

TL;DR: Amundi has launched a tokenised share class of its Core STOXX Europe 600 equity index fund on public Ethereum, working with CACEIS. It is a real fund share-class initiative, not a claim that all 600 constituent stocks are individually trading as permissionless tokens around the clock. One of Europe’s biggest asset managers has moved a conventional index product into the world of tokenised fund units. In a November 2026 announcement , Amundi said a new share class of its Core STOXX Europe 600 strategy had been issued on public Ethereum, using infrastructure developed with CACEIS.
