Amundi and CACEIS Launch Tokenized Share Class for Euro Money Fund

Amundi and CACEIS launched a blockchain-recorded share class for AMUNDI FUNDS CASH EUR, adding a digital subscription option while keeping the fund’s traditional distribution channels available to investors. The class, AMUNDI FUNDS CASH EUR - J28 EUR DLT (C), uses distributed ledger technology on the public Ethereum blockchain. The system records the fund’s shares on that ledger, making share records transparent and transactions more traceable. John Kim reports on the digital-asset business for TokenPost.
