American Healthcare REIT posted $742.1 million in third-quarter revenue and FFO of $0.58 per share, with revenue up 29.5% from a year earlier. Revenue exceeded estimates by $17.26 million, while FFO was 2 cents above the estimate. The company raised its 2026 normalized FFO guidance from $2.15-$2.19 to $2.23-$2.26 per diluted share.
