AI infrastructure firms are getting higher prices for computing capacity as investors scrutinize data-center debt, raising questions about whether rental revenue can support the buildout. At Tuesday’s auction for computing capacity, per-megawatt prices continued to climb, Marc Boroditsky, Nebius’ chief revenue officer, said. This measure captures the revenue a provider can charge for a set amount of computing capacity. Neoclouds buy Nvidia graphics processing units (GPUs), build data centers and rent that computing power to customers. Providers serve companies that need computing capacity without building all the infrastructure themselves.
