The San Francisco company behind a text-based personal assistant quadrupled its valuation in a matter of weeks Instinct, a San Francisco startup building AI agents that run your errands over text message, has raised $1 billion in a Series C round. The deal, completed on September 28, 2026, gives the company a post-money valuation of $10 billion. Just weeks before this raise, Instinct’s previous funding round valued it at $2.5 billion.
