Daytona Raises $60 Million at $1 Billion Valuation for AI Agent Cloud

Daytona raised $60 million at a $1 billion valuation to expand cloud infrastructure for AI agents, financing a service that gives agents separate computing environments in which to run tasks. The Series B was announced Oct. 20 and brought Daytona’s total funding to $91 million. FirstMark Growth led the round, with Qualcomm Ventures, Samsung Next and Okta Ventures participating. Daytona plans to expand its sandbox product into an “Agent Cloud” combining computers, browsers and storage. A sandbox gives an AI agent an isolated environment where it can run code and use software.
