ASI raises $325 million at a $3 billion valuation to expand infrastructure AI

The former Air Space Intelligence is betting that AI built to run airspace, power grids and military operations beats another chatbot ASI, the startup formerly known as Air Space Intelligence Inc., has raised $325 million in a Series C round that values the company at $3 billion. The round was announced on October 20, 2026, and led by Spark Capital. Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), Citadel Securities affiliates, Meritech Capital, Craft Ventures and Energy Impact Partners also joined. Technically, the company builds simulation and monitoring software.
