Brands Holding Corp. projected fourth-quarter net sales of $172 million to $178 million, narrowed its 2026 revenue outlook to $626 million to $632 million and lowered its full-year adjusted EBITDA guidance. For the third quarter of 2026, net sales increased 9.7% to $161.3 million. Adjusted EBITDA rose nearly 17% to $8.2 million.
