Mayville Engineering Sets 2026 Sales Outlook at $630M to $640M

Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. set a 2026 sales outlook of $630 million to $640 million while lowering adjusted EBITDA guidance, as project revenue shifted into 2027. Adjusted EBITDA guidance stands at $48 million to $52 million. About $20 million in data center and critical power revenue moved out of the second half of 2026 and into 2027. The company expects fourth-quarter margins to be modestly below third-quarter levels. Chief Executive Officer Jagadeesh Reddy described third-quarter results as “in line with our expectations.” He cited strong demand and accelerating project volumes in the data center and critical power market.
