MNTN Projects Q4 2026 Revenue of $75 Million to $78 Million

MNTN, Inc. projected Q4 2026 revenue of $75 million to $78 million after third-quarter results missed company guidance, with sales execution issues expected to continue weighing on performance into year-end. The company expects adjusted EBITDA of $8 million to $10 million in the fourth quarter. It lowered full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $311 million to $314 million and adjusted EBITDA guidance to $66 million to $68 million. Third-quarter revenue was $80.3 million, below MNTN’s prior guidance of $86 million to $89 million. Adjusted EBITDA was $19.9 million, compared with the company’s earlier range of $22 million to $25 million.
