At stake is the manager's main asset — a heavyweight with a £22 billion ($29 billion) portfolio placed in short-term UK government bonds. Directing such a massive fund into the XRPL ecosystem opens a new chapter of institutional liquidity for the network; however, those who expected an instant migration of billions to the distributed ledger underestimated British pragmatism.
