CryptEscrow Partners With Ripple on Crypto-to-Cash Real Estate Deals

CryptEscrow announced a partnership with Ripple on Oct. 22 to support high-value real estate purchases funded with buyers’ cryptocurrency while keeping sellers and title companies within conventional closing procedures. Under CryptEscrow’s transaction model, a buyer can choose the service independently. Cryptocurrency is converted into U.S. dollars before settlement, after which title and escrow procedures continue through conventional channels. The structure is intended to let buyers use digital assets without requiring sellers, developers or title companies to receive or hold them. The partnership announcement describes a goal for high-value transactions but does not lay out a specific technical integration.
