Florida billionaire developer Jeffrey Soffer has submitted plans to replace Big Easy Casino in Hallandale Beach with a new gambling and entertainment complex. The proposal would add new gaming facilities, restaurants, bars and live entertainment to the existing property on North Federal Highway .
