Zoom Communications, Inc. introduced a context layer at its Oct. 20 Zoomtopia conference to link workplace conversations with company data, extending its AI tools into follow-up tasks across business applications. The Unified Context Layer is designed to combine information from meetings, calls and chats with company documents and connected apps. AI tools can draw on that context in later tasks.
