Ziff Davis’ Operating Results Swing to Loss as Revenue Falls 5.6%

Ziff Davis’ continuing-operations revenue fell 5.6% to $289.326 million in the third quarter, while operating results from those operations swung to a loss from a year-earlier profit. Ziff Davis announced unaudited results Thursday, Nov. 5, for the quarter ended Sept. 30. Revenue from continuing operations was $306.532 million in the third quarter of 2025. Adjusted diluted earnings per share were $1.39, compared with $1.40 a year earlier. The GAAP diluted loss from continuing operations was $0.85 per share, compared with a $0.39 loss in the year-earlier quarter.
