Solana co-founder Anatoly Yakovenko said projects operating outside Solana’s layer-1 are separate networks as BULK founder kdot proposed letting traders use collateral from four blockchains in one trading system. “If it’s not on the L1, it’s not on solana and it’s on its own L1,” Yakovenko wrote Oct. 29. He also said he did not want BULK’s founders to fail, adding, “I’ve got my own product to worry about.” Kdot’s plan named Arc, Tempo, Arbitrum and HyperEVM as collateral sources. Yakovenko’s post described projects outside Solana’s L1 generally; it did not explicitly classify BULK’s architecture.
