Canton Strategic Holdings to tokenize Nasdaq shares on Canton Network

Canton Strategic Holdings, a company listed on Nasdaq under the ticker CNTN, has announced initiatives to tokenize its outstanding common shares using blockchain technology. The company, which previously operated as biotechnology firm Tharimmune, is planning to begin trading the tokenized shares on the Canton Network as early as November 2. The tokenization project involves partnerships with TSV LLC, which provides a marketplace for tokenized securities, and Fairmint, a transfer agent registered with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Canton Strategic Holdings stated that the tokenized shares will offer the same shareholder rights as its currently listed Nasdaq stock.
