XRP Ledger Cleanup Patch Now Projected for Nov. 4 After Vote Reset

The XRP Ledger’s fixCleanup3_4_0 amendment is projected to activate Nov. 4 after validator support fell below its threshold and recovered, restarting its two-week approval period. The same roll call showed three proposed lending amendments still short of the votes needed to begin their own approval periods. At 8:54 a.m. ET Oct. 21 (12:54 UTC), the cleanup amendment had 26 of 35 votes, below the 29 needed to exceed 80% support. Support returned to 29 at 10:46 a.m. ET (14:46 UTC), starting a new 14-day window. By 11:49 p.m. ET that day (03:49 UTC Oct. 22), it had 31 votes.
