XRP closes October 2026 down 16%, ranks 4th worst October on record

XRP ended October 2026 with a monthly decline of 16%, marking its fourth worst October in the past fourteen years. This result follows only the sharp drop in October 2013 at 44.8%, October 2018’s loss of 22.9%, and the 16.6% setback in October 2024. Crypto analyst Egrag Crypto reviewed fourteen years of XRP price data to place October 2026’s performance in a broader context. Examining records from 2013 through 2025, he found that out of thirteen completed October-November cycles, November losses followed October declines seven times, while November gains occurred six times.
