Cardano (ADA), Chainlink (LINK), HBAR Network, Stellar (XLM) Aptos (APT), and Avalanche (AVAX) have jointly asked the SEC to turn its digital commodity framework into binding regulation rather than leaving it in explanatory language. The letter arrives on a day when Bitcoin (BTC) has recovered from the recently bottomed-out structure at lows near $81,000 support levels and is trading back above $83,000 threshold, though the broader crypto market remains cautious after a choppy stretch.
