VICI Properties is scheduled to report third-quarter results after the market closes Wednesday, Oct. 28, putting its annual AFFO outlook in focus after an August refinancing lifted coupons on replacement debt. The report follows a $1.75 billion note offering completed Aug. 14 by VICI Properties L.P. The partnership issued $900 million in notes due in 2031 at a 5.40% coupon and $850 million due in 2036 at 5.75%. VICI intended to use the proceeds to repay $1.75 billion in 2026 notes carrying coupons from 4.25% to 4.50%. The new rates are 0.90 to 1.50 percentage points above the old range.
