Upbit scheduled Collector Crypt (CARDS) trading to begin at 2:30 a.m. ET (07:30 UTC) Thursday, Nov. 5, across Korean won (KRW), Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT) markets, with temporary order controls planned for launch. The schedule followed Upbit’s earlier CARDS listing plan . For about five minutes after the scheduled start, Upbit planned to block buy orders and reject sell orders priced at least 10% below the previous day’s close. For about two hours from launch, it planned to accept limit orders only. Upbit could delay the start if liquidity remained insufficient after deposits and withdrawals opened.
