This spike contrasts with Q3 data from 21Shares released Nov. 2, which showed ETF buyers adding 79,800 BTC against 41,300 BTC newly mined. The 21Shares report, covering through Sept. 30, shows ETF accumulation nearly doubled mining output. However, buying was concentrated: Aug. 17-27 and Sept. 21-25 accounted for 91% of BTC inflows. Other days contributed minimally. This suggests fund demand is inconsistent.
