Trulieve Cannabis Revenue Falls 20.1% to $230 Million in Q3

Trulieve Cannabis Corp. posted third-quarter revenue of $230 million, down 20.1% year over year, but the periods covered different parts of its operations. The 2026 quarter covered medical operations only. The year-earlier period included consolidated Harvest medical and adult-use operations, making the revenue comparison less direct. Non-GAAP earnings per share was 9 cents. Operating cash flow totaled $183 million in the first nine months of 2026, alongside $120 million in non-GAAP free cash flow.
