UPay to Add On-chain Risk Screening with WIDTH’s DART

UPay will add on-chain risk screening through a partnership with WIDTH, a compliance and risk technology provider. Under the agreement, announced on 6 November , the digital asset payment platform will use WIDTH’s DART to screen wallet addresses and transactions and give reviewers more detail on what triggered a risk flag. Digital asset payments are bringing on-chain funds into everyday spending, which can make risk reviews more complex. Reviewers may need to check who the customer is, which wallet addresses were involved and how the funds moved.
