United Rentals Sets Quarterly Dividend at $1.97 Per Share

United Rentals’ board approved a quarterly cash distribution of $1.97 per share on Oct. 21. The equipment-rental company set Nov. 11 as the date for determining eligible stockholders and scheduled payment for Nov. 25. The payout matches the rate declared in July.
