United Bancshares Declares $0.26 Dividend, Up 13% Year Over Year

United Bancshares, Inc. declared a $0.26 quarterly dividend payable Dec. 15, a 13% increase from its year-earlier payout as the Ohio bank holding company posted higher third-quarter net income. Shareholders recorded as owners on Nov. 30 will be eligible for the payment. The dividend matches the $0.26 per share declared for the second quarter of 2026. The payout is up from the $0.23 per share declared for the third quarter of 2025. Net income for the quarter ended Sept.
