Two Bitcoin (BTC) short positions valued at a combined $26.523 million were listed with liquidation prices of $80,861 and $80,866 in Oct. 29 figures, putting about 331 BTC of short exposure at those thresholds. For short positions, a rise to the listed liquidation price can trigger forced closure. The larger position was valued at $16.026 million and had an average entry price of $79,913.70. It carried an unrealized loss of about $43,400. Its owner set a market stop trigger at $80,865, about $4 above its listed liquidation price of $80,861.
