HYPE was also 5.79% higher than it had been 24 hours earlier, so the shorter interval produced a larger percentage gain than the full-day comparison. The $86.31 observation is the Binance spot quote for the HYPE/USDT pair, a point-in-time reading from one exchange. Liquidations across Binance, Bybit and OKX during that same hour totaled $1.31 million in short positions and $20,000 in long positions.
