Tron Inc. said it acquired 150,783 TRON (TRX) at an average price of $0.3316, bringing its reported treasury holdings above 720.2 million TRX as the Nasdaq-listed company continued its daily accumulation plan. The company posted the update at 9:56 p.m. ET Friday, Oct. 23 (01:56 UTC Oct. 24). Tron Inc. trades on Nasdaq under the ticker TRON. The purchase falls under a 360-day arrangement that began Jan. 22, 2026. The $18 million agreement with BiT Global Digital Limited provides for daily deliveries of $50,000 worth of TRX in USDT, with the token amount based on that day’s market price.
