At 22:42:37Z on October 28, the Mistral Large 4 card shifted its countdown. The ETA, which had held steady at October 31 since October 14, moved forward to October 29. This adjustment occurred while the repository remained empty of open weights and the LICENSE file path returned a 404 error at 23:35:08Z, with the raw/main LICENSE returning a 401 at 23:32:11Z. The countdown shortened by two days, yet the artifact remains absent. This is not a delay; it is the operational reality of the modern frontier.
