Seacoast Banking Corporation of Florida expects loans to grow at about a 10% annualized pace in the fourth quarter, CEO Charles M. Shaffer said Oct. 28, following 13% annualized growth in Q3. Shaffer described the Q4 pace as “right around 10%” on an annualized basis, with some variation. The estimate included the possibility of loan pipeline fallout, though Seacoast had not seen that at the time of the call. Shaffer said the longer-term growth model remained in the high single digits. Seacoast’s loan balances increased $428.8 million during Q3. The commercial loan pipeline stood at $1.3 billion as of Sept.
