Tether's Bitcoin Holdings Rise by About 50,000 BTC to 150,000 BTC

Stablecoin issuer Tether has increased its Bitcoin (BTC) holdings by about 50,000 coins to roughly 150,000 BTC, CEO Paolo Ardoino said Tuesday, expanding the company's direct exposure to the cryptocurrency.
