Techable Ventures founder and managing partner Amulya Vishwanath said recruiting talent is crucial for physical AI startups as they compete for workers with larger companies, including Anthropic and Nvidia. “Talent is also going to be very critical,” Vishwanath said. She described the U.S. talent pool as a strength and said her industry network helps Techable Ventures connect founders with prospective workers. Vishwanath spent nearly seven years at Nvidia before founding Techable Ventures. The firm invests in early-stage physical AI companies, including businesses working in robotics, materials science and life sciences.
