Taiwan’s United Distribution Co. shipped 563.143 metric tons of books to Anthropic procurement partner Better World Books, while court filings separately document Anthropic’s orders from the distributor. The 16 shipments began in November 2024. One arrived in the United States on Sept. 4, 2026. The shipment total describes books delivered to Better World Books; it does not establish that Anthropic purchased every book in those deliveries. Book counts and prices in the notes were redacted. The notes do not establish that books in the proposed fourth order appeared in the recorded shipments.
